I am reposting a question as didn't get response for previous post, which ask a unique question on L.L agreement. How to make it not getting considered as "lease" ageement by court.
In many judgements, L.L agreement is finally getting considered as "lease" and brining in tenant favourable conditions. This defeats the whole purpose of L.L
