i am tenant of 30 years at the ground floor the building.my landlord has started illegal construction of 3 floors starting from first floor. & the base of the whole construction is just iron garders instead of concrete lanter. due to this illegal construction i have got major cracks in my portion, as a result of which this whole building can collapse any time, leading to major casualties in the area. as the construction of the building is 55 years old. MY QUESTION ; how can i immediately get stay order against this illegal construction from the court. kindly help me by replying as early as possible.
