How to get divorce on the basis of desertion and 498a

The Hindu Marriage Amendment bill 2010 has been presented in Rajya Sabha on 30/04/2012. We haope this bill will be passed by Rajya Sabha. On signing by The hon`able president of India this bill will be converted as ACT. On amendment you will be able to get divorce on behalf of three year separation.

 Hoping then divoce can happen peacefully without false cases/compaints

If IRBM is made a groud, there need not be any allegation and counter argument however the sad news is BJP & CPIM have opposed the amendments and they are not in favour of providing this ground to men.

let us be hopeful after all the aspirations of majority of the menfolk have to taken into account for a final show down
