I am based in Mumbai and was working as a sales manager in a Delhi based company for West region. company terminated me in the month of October giving me 10 days notice period. I argued with the company MD and asked to give me the notice period of at least a month but the company finally agreed on giving me the notice of 20 days and relived me from my duties on 31st October. in my termination letter it was mentioned that all the dues will be cleared by 15th November but since then I am calling the company MD to clear my dues but he is not clearing it. the dues are 1month salary and 2 months expenses which I have put from my pocket traveling for companies work.
please suggest me what am I supposed to do.
