I would like to know where should I go to get a decree registered.
The property is in goregaon (E) and the decree have been order in our favour, we would like to get this decree registered so that we can process with the PR card.
Can you please let us know how and where should I go.
what would be the cost for registering a decree.

if it is a court decree it need not be regd. to execute the decree u have to file execution proceedings. if u want to get the decree transferred toa differnt court for execution u have to obtain preceipt from the court.
