Hindu Christian marriage

Hi I'm Hindu and my wife Christian want to register my marriage what is the form that I need to fill from the governments end . And what are the steps and procedures to follow. Because when I approach the sub registers office they claim money

You can download the application for registering the marriage under special marriage act from the website of the marriage registrar.
