my husband want to divorse me. I hv one girl she is 4 yrs old. If divorse happened who will be hold that girl?

The minor girl will be in your custody.
If divorce happens by mutual consent then the girl will reside with either of you, with whom you both have decided in your settlement.

Thanks for reply. Dear sir, My Husband wants 50% estate of my mom's property. When I refused for that then he started harashing me. I Feel very guilty now but I am engagged with my friend physically . My husband got some email of my friend on my mail id . I hv deleted that now , but he transfered some of email to his mail id . is this evidence goes against me ? pls help
