You can submit the resignation along with the photocopy of the appointment letter. After that you can approach the company through legally with a lawyer notice, but whatever document you submit to the company take a copy of everything. This will help u..

Dear Sir,
Thankyou for your reply.
As per your suggestions I have the copies of documents which I submitted to the management stating my resignation
I have the following copies with me
1) Email to HR--- Stating my Resignation
2) Register Post--- I sent my resignation through register post, I have those copies too
3)I personally met the management and informed my resignation.first they asked me to pay Rs 6878  and gave me no due form.. Before I pay the amount  they asked me to meet  Project manager and get his sign. I met him then he said that he is not responsible and asked me to meet team manager...I met the team manager...the team manager gave me the  same answer that he too not responsible and asked me to meet  my HR to whom  I first send my resignation. The team manager also used his abusive and filthy language on me .
I informed this issue to my HR who recruited me . She asked me to meet other HRd  people... Like this for the past 10 days they waisted my time.
Even yesterday ie..22-11-2007 I met the project manager and informed my situation.. he asked me to  work in the same organisation.
I am not at all interested to work in the organisation after all this happened .

So how can I proceed further legally to get my relieving letter..
