thanks shonee sir but my advocate is saying that if you remove your consent then also judge can grant divorce to her.

is it right?

or my advocate id misguiding me

Once consent is withdrawn, a divorce cannot be ordered on your mutual consent petition.

thanks friends 

today i went to my lawyer office he made a new aafidevit in which he chalenge the ground of petition and other points.

is it good move as per my view cant i state in affidavit that i dont want to give divorce i love my wife thats why i withdraw my consent.

but he says tht judge also here second party what they think before removing consent is it true?

also can i file rcr in between this?

means my mcd is going on still can i file rcr in this 6 month period?

Dont sign the MCD and try reconciliation..no divorce can happen without consent of both the sides
