help me

Hi, iam from Mumbai, I get marrige on 2007 , as my wife get pregnant she lleft my home & go to stay with his mother.& give birth to boy on 2008 I apply in court to comeback & stay with me , by she refuse, &she applied for maintenance to him & child, court pass a MAintenance around 3000/mth. Now I wana Apply for divorce , should I get divorce as soon as possible.she do job in pvt company as a asst manager.she earns more then 15000/mth. Bt she sd I can't give u divorce & can't stay with me she only want money & spoiled my life. Pls help me
