Harressment of HR professional at workplace

Hi , I am an HR professional and I am looking for advise from lawyers if I can approach labour court due to the below issue : There was a contest rolled out in my organisation where the guidelines were rolled out in advance regarding participation and other Details . I participated in the contest and when I reached the regional round of the contest there was voting to be done by employees for the team's that participated and no guidelines were rolled out regarding voting . Yesterday after the contest was over in June 2016 I had a call with my Corporate HR team and then said that they had received some complaint against me any influencing my process people for voting and in the name of due diligence they have given me a feedbacks. This has been going on since quite some time and I am feeling harressed . Please advise if I can consult a lawyer and take it up legally .

Mere mention of being HR professional shall not suffice.

The designation alone does not decide.

Nature of duties can be deciding factor to opine on coverage by Labor Laws.

Participation in programmes, training and devlopment sessions feedback etc are indeed put to subdue the employees and press separation.

If there is an allegation let it be in writing.

Tread carefully.

Firm up your next venture ASAP and keep options in your  hands..
