Ground for anticipatory bail

 

 

 

 

 

Dear All friends and philosopher,

 

             pls read carefully my notation, respected sir my anticipatory bail in 498a is rejected in district session court due to the annoy to wife ????  i.e. funnily on ill treatment ground, disposed  fact  are  false &  fabricated. Now we  having  anxiety   in the mind  that may  be  get arrested by  investigation officer. if we approach  high court what is the adjudication will happen ?? 

HC grant my AB ?? or not ?? what is the result ?? what should i do now ??

Dear Karan

AB or Regular bail granting or rejection is a descretion of the court if your advocate convience to the Court then the court pass an order to grant the bail otherwise reject the bail, this is practicaly in practice.at  the time of argument give citation to the court in which the court grant the bail/AB
