I was working with a company. I was joined on 01.07.2013 as consultant roll when had not payroll and on 01.04.2016 we all turned into payroll. I have resigned and relieve on 17.05.2019. shall I eligible for gratuity as I have completed 05 years 10 months 17 days.
It is not clear as to how you are stating that you have completed 5 years, if the payroll benefit is retrospective then you are eligible, if not you are not entitled.
