Gratuity eligibility and guidance

Dear Sir or Madam, I worked a Pharma company in Punjab state from 15-05-2008 to 01-03-2013. When I left from the company HR told me that you are not eligible for Gratuity due to you are not completed 5 years. Now came to known that any employ can eligible for gratuity in India if complete 4 years and 8 months in one organization. There is NO limitation to claim Gratuity.

Write to designated HR personnel/HR head/Good offices of appointing authority, MD ( under proper acknowledgment)  that ‘Notice of Determination of Gratuity” and Payment has not been supplied till date to you, despite representations.

 

If you has submitted FormI by post attach a copy.

Take help of well knit state/national unions of your trade.
