Please clarify to my issue asap.
I have joined my previous organization on 03-11-2006. Our process has been taken over by another company and we are relieved on 30-09-2011 (Also in the year 2008 i am on maternity leave for 4 months.). I am short of 3 days to get eligible for gratuity. When i discussed this issue with my director he promised me that i would still get the gratuity by deducting those 3 days in the payment. Are there any exclusions like this. Please clarify can i still be eligible for gratuity if not what should i do. Is there any other way i can get my gratuity
