I am working in a Society run Education organisation. The society is run by State Government and all the members of the Society are government nominees. The educational institute employs around 35 employees which consists of teaching and non teaching. Employees drawing less than Rs.6500/ are provided PF benefits and others were not given.
Recently held governing Council meeting, it was proposed PF to all employees. But the Governing Council wanted to know the act provisions.
The Grautity is proposed to all eligible employees as per provisions of the act. But the Governing Council wanted to know the act provisions.
Please enlighten on the issue.
