Grandfathers self aquired property

The law Mr Ramachandran saya that Grandfather's self aquired property father doesnot have right and so also grand children this is totally misleading pl study the Hindu succession law properly and give your comments iF grand children do not have the right to grand fathers property who else in the world will have right this is totally mis leading and utterly blunderous statement

It is not clear you are referring to whom and which query in which thread.

However in case of self acquired/earned property of Hindu male NO legal heir has forced share in life time of Hindu male .

The owner can dispose the property in his life time by a valid deed say WILL/Gift/sale/mortgage/relinquishment/release/trasnfer etc....................without anyone's consent.

If the owner deceases without disposing in his life time then ClassI legal heirs i.e. spouse, children, mother have equal share.
