Gpa or partnership bond

My friend required some amount urgent so he is ready to sale part of the land which is registered on his name. We both are planning to sale that land in one or two years. What is best way to do registration like writing the partnership bond / do I need to take a GPA from him.

Pls guide me. which is best option we can gooo head

if your friend wants to sell the property which is in his name then he needs to do sale deed.

Thanks for your reply sir, Actually he is saling 1/2 part of land and we both planning to sale total land Started looking for buyers...in this mean time can i go for GPA which i can get equal rights from my frd on Land ... I came to know some site the GPA charges what ever i paying will get refund once we sale the Property.

pls guide me.
