i own a company,in feb 2015 i work in a project for my frd company,
he got it from a bombay agency so i was a 3rd party and i given to this to my vendor.total 4 party involve in this.
they have not shared any P O with us, all communcation is on mail and what's app, total amount was 4.5 lkh + st
he has paid us 3lkh and for balence he is saying that he will not pay that do what ever he can do.
3lkh was recivied in our company account trhough NEFT.
is it possible to file a FIR on bases of Email communcation and whats app msging, as this payment is big for a startup and pending from feb 2015 i want to be sure if i have enough document to fight a case against him.
can i involve other parties as a witness in FIR.
