GIFT DEED BLOOD RELATION STAMP DUTY

My question is , whether on a gift deed of property by brother to her real sister, stamp duty on rateable value is payable for registration or is exempted when the property is transferred between the blood relations by way Gift Deed.

What is the Stamp duty for a gift deed from Uncle(unmarried) to niece for a property in Bangalore, Karnataka. Can the Gift Deed be executed directly between Uncle and niece? Or should there be a Gift Deed between the Brothers and the father should inturn gift it to the daughter?  Which of the two will attract a lesser stampduty?
