please tell me if somebody purchased a house on general power of attorney but didn't signed on it even there was no witness to sign the attorney, there is only signature of the seller. Is it a valid deal or is it legal?

sale through power of attorney is not a valid sale even if the seller testifies
sale can take place only through a registered sale deed
