sir i have a qus my grand father buy a property in 1955 on fathers name for only rs 99.50 paisa ..15 marla .. my grand father became sick he never done intkal it ...now my father transfer his property on my name then i find out we are gair marusi on that land ...i talk to patwari ..he said if you have ant witness alive ...but now there next generation is alive now ..what i can do now ?...2nd patwari did some ones property on my name ...my fathers to some else name but that we are cultivating on it ..?
