if a decree obtained by playing fraud on court , can it be challenged through appeal or 151 CPC .
if a appeal filed aganist that decree , later with drawn the appeal in the high court and filed 151 CPC in the lower court ,
My question here , once the appeal with drawn means the priliminary decree becomes final or e can challenge through 151 CPC in the trail court .
Please advise ....
