Fraud by a company with my elderly parents

Dear Sir, My parents were duped by a company, the company agents keep calling them and make claims that they are from government institutions and give threats to my parents to not to tell this one to anyone. Can you please guide my on how to go about with this and get the money back of my parents who had earned with so much hardship

i Dont UNDERSTAND Your question however from what you have narrated it can be case of cheating and

hence you can lodge FIR With Police u/s 420 of IPC.

The best way to resolve this is to lodge a complaint with the local police and in case they do not initiate action up to your satisfaction, you may approach the Higher police officer of the rank of Commissioner/Superintendent for further relief.

First, you trace out the information from which company, the persons have come and taken the money. Unless you confirmed from the proper manner, you should not blame any others.
