Fraud

My father's friend gave 2,50,000 to his paternal uncle while he was renovating his house in consideration that he will transfer to him a room in that house. But now he is refusing to transfer such.

1. He got this amount on account of a govt. scheme.
2. He is a blind.
3. He gave the amount through cash.
4. They used to live jointly there(house in question) and at the time of separation they did not demand their right over any part of the house. But now this person (blind) wants to have the possession of a single room.

Q. How can he get back his money?
Q. Is he any right over any portion of that house (being the property of his grandfather)?

Request: Sir, this is a true case.
I am telling this because I saw how wonderfully you point out the moot problems out of all the questions asked.

1. In which year and month he gave the money?

2. What evidence he has to prove that he gave the amount to his uncle?

3. Is there any Promissory Note from his uncle?
