I am a PSU bank employee. Bank has awarded compulsory retirement with superannuation benefits and did not issue discharge certificates as per the Bipartite settlement
Inspite of several requests for the past 10 years bank is silent on the issuance of required certificates. and as a result i am not able to get suitable employment
Can I sue the bank for damages and for full salary and benefits as they have failed to give discharge certificate as per the agreements?.Please respond
