Forms to be displayed on notice board

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are an IT company (R&D) operating in Bangalore. We have displayed Form X(Abstract of minimum wage acts) and Form U (Abstract of payment of gratuity act) on our notice board along with Holiday information.

Kindly let me know if these are the correct forms or if I missed something.

You also need to display 1. Certificate of Registration/licence Copy, 2. Draft showing Working Hours, time of interval/Breaks, Date of payment of salaries, weekly holiday, etc. 3. Abstract of Maternity Benefit Act.
