Daughter- in law wants to settle scores with in-law family, seeking property, is it possible for her to involved foreigner sister-in- law staying in India(which is not of Indian origin & no able to speak English or any other Indian language) in false 498a and other cases? What consequences daughter–in-law may face later? Kindly experts only reply or comment.

When it comes to evidence stage Dil would only be in a position to Fart 
for the false cases filed . 498 A is not a case to seek property .Against sister in law language is of no concern she can avail Anticipatory bail and fight the case .But DIL can Face prejury section 340 crpc !!
