Hi i am planning to buy resel flat in underconstruiction property with fist owner done sale agreement with buider and while doing agreement for sale with me are receipts of his with builders required when i sell flat in future.In agrrement it has written that builder rhas eceived all payment and given no dues certificate but still are receipts required.
