Hello Team,
I am facing a huge issue. I had purchased a flat but since my company gave me quarters, I started staying there. While my other brothers lived in my flat. Now I am about to retire in 4-5 years. I requested my brothers members to give me my flat so that I can stay there after my retirement but they declined saying that they are staying there since 17 years and would not vacate it and I can do whatever I want. The flat is in my name but they are not ready to give me my flat back. I dont have money to buy a new flat. I am scared to go to court wondering if I would loose the case. Please advice.
