firm in dissolution deed

 

A shop is in name of firm.In Dissolution deed the shop is
Now mention to the leaving patner.leaving Patner recive this propert from firmso now i want to know that there is any capital Gain Tax to the firm now.If yes then which section and percentage.

It attracts capital gains, refer s.45(4) of the Income Tax Act.
