Filing rejoinder and written arguments to an ia same time?

Dear Experts,

In a modification application I filed u/s 151 r/w sec 17 of G&W act to increase the visiting hours of my child, my wife has filed counter.So in the next hearing during enquiry, shall i file rejoinder and written arguments at the same time?

Is that called "rejoinder" or "reply to counter"?

Yes you can, provided court is satisfied and accepts such petition/rejoinder. Court might not accept written arguments, but it depends on how your advocate convinces the judge.

Why court might not accept written arguments? If it accepts a petition, it should accept written arguments to an IA. Is there any act bars submission of written arguments in an IA?
