Filing in court with forged signature

My friend who is a NRI signed blank Vakalth for filing case against a company on a dispute of loan and gave to his cousin. But the cousin who collected the Blank Vakalth used this vakalth to file case against a third party. knowing this MY FRIEND went to court and withdraw the case filed. The statement attached with the vakalth to file the case was not signed by HIM but signed by somebody "look alike" HIS signature. This can be seen obviously. Now can HE file cheating case against this cousin who did this to HIM. what Can HE do legally ?

There is a very easy way of doing it, you can inform the Court in which the case is filed with an application stating  that this case is filed in you name by some body else and you have not given any such power by signing vakalatnama  to any counsel for filing this case, and as such it is misdeed of somebody else, upon this the court will itself inquire into the matter, and I am sure this is a case of perjury which is a serious matter.  The earlier you inform the court it is better for you. The law provides that it is your bounded duty to inform such illegal thing whem it has come to your knowledge.
