Dear sir i am first wife son's and sister's. My mother died in samll age we are very small my father waited for more then 4years he didnt marry after 4 years he got marriedin 1996. now my father has changed completely. we have no relationship with my father, he avoided us my sister and my brother-in-law and me. 2nd mother has 2 daughters. We have any rights on my father property?(Govt. employee-has 5 years time to retire). we have some note with share agreement(with panchyathi surpanch sign on that note of agreement ). All assets are my father own earnings.Please reply.
