Falsely accused

Hello sir I am from Mumbai this is regarding an incident wich took place with me I did borrow rs 1,00,000 on a interest of 10% per month if in case if a day is extended then again coumpounded interest of again 10%per day from one person on Sep 2015 till now had paid me interest of 80000 this month I infomerd him that I wished to settle the principle amount for which I did give 2 cheques as collateral I did inform him through text message stating that once I clear Ur amount u should return my cheque back before that the lender has presented the cheque and got it bounced for 6 lakhs Pls advice at the earliest what can be done on this issues Do have all the conversations recorded and in the form if text messeges
