False claim of unauthorized abscense during notice period

I work in a IT sector for Hotel industry I provided a resignation with a notice period of 1 month and was accepted, the management had request of duties not pertaining to my dept such as picking uo laundry from the Doby for the hotel to using washing machines to wash guest clothes to parking cars since i know driving to which never denied them and i am to a fault for never saying a No , 10 days before 14 days before my notice period ends HT asks me to feed in resturant menu into the pms system with no help and an ultimatum stating if i dont do this task my clearnce will be on hold I still denied doing it and next day they ask the same again and i refuse to do it stating ask the Fnb team to do it, at this moment i am asked to leave from the company verbally to which i accept and leave after waiting 1 hour for someone to take handover no one comes. I leave Following this i ask HR for my relieving letter to which i get no reply, today i recive an email stating i have absconded from work and to report back on duty , while the MD has verbally abused me on call for asking hr to deposit my last months pay since it was delayed by a month with a note saying i would seek legal help if they fail too How should i move forward with this situation

Facts posted are disjointed, confusing and vague to understand and oblige.

Be clear about terms of appointment / resignation, type of job involved, your grievance(s) besides other relevant facts vis-a-vis your legal query.

You send a legal notice describing the incidents and deny their allegations while you demand the full and final settlement stipulating timeline for settlement and after that you can escalate the matter legally.
