sir,i had a clash with my friend who is my class mate in facebook inorder to take revenge on me he posted images which are defaming me,after that i had sent a message through mobile to remove those posts he goes on scolding me abusingly in which we cant listen those words and finally he blackmailed me that iam going to beat you severely if i had seen you,recently he had seen me and atacked me i warned him that iam going to complaint on him,then he went to police and filed a false case against me that i had beaten him what should i do??none of them are believing me
