My wife and her boyfriend has made a fake email id , and they used to communicate through this email id by only drafting the mails and not actually sending any. Some mails related to wife were sent to her personal id from this id .
1. How can these contents can be used as evidence in court of law.
2. Since a fake id is nobody's id then sending and receiving from this id will not entail incrimination to anybody?
3. Plz tell me how to nail these cheating persons?

It can be proved and can be used as an evidence. To prove these mails and the mode of conversation, you need a expert lawyer who can do the forensic study of the evidence and put smartly before the court.
