The Insurance company can repudiate the insurance claim if it is proved that the deceased died due to some chronic ailments and had been taking prolonged treatment for it which have been suppressed before taking the policy, the suppression of correct age, incase the age at entry is not eligible for insurance, the claim can be repudiated and suppose the age later found to be under stated, an age extra can be recovered from the claim amount and claim can be settled. Thus, see what is the ground for repudiation and follow up action accordingly.
