I had purchased a flat in greater noida last year through Noida Fortune Propmart ..a broker agency base in g noida only. They had promised us to pay rs1 lac through a credit note which they have not released yet...even after we tried to contact them repeatedly they have not responded. I agree the fault was on our part too as we trusted them blindly. what can i do? please guide
