I have decined a loan proposal under the ground of that i was not convinced completelly on their ability to run the business and pay back the loan. The borrower appoarched the Distt Collector and submitted the fake application thai i was asked the bribe. The Distt collectior asked the explanation from me.
Kindly adviced me the my couses of action and my stands on fake charge? Matter is most urgent!

In this case if you have a complete file of the complainant's loan procedure then you will be better prove your case and defend the fake complaint which was filed against you. It is important to find the clauses/ terms & conditions of loan application wherefore the complainant was disqualified for the loan and mentioned the same in your reply with all documentary proofs before the Hon'ble District Collector.
