Expedite petition

Sir,I have filed an expedite petition in the court on 25/02/2020,till date it didn't came for hearing.How many days in general the petition comes for hearing?

Assuming that you filed the petition in high court, usually the petition comes for hearing immediately after allotment of case no, however, there might be slight delay in listing the case due to word load factors or any other reason. Talk to your lawyer or visit the posting department at the court for help.

What is the subject and provision invoked in the "expedite petition" stated to have been filed ?

What is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged and paid for filing any such petition ? Do you have faith in your lawyer ??

Why do you need second opinion based on limited facts posted by you ?
