Execution pitition to attach the property in bond case

You have option to file PETITION FILED UNDER SEC 6, 7, 9 OF PROVINCIAL INSOLVENCY ACT    

 to declare the property sold with out discharging the debts ,

Since this property has been transferred ,can that SP attach the property with all his influence and making false evidence?
