Eviction of shop without notice period

I wud to like to share my case. I had begun business with Co. called  A on franchise terms in a mall. The premises contract was signed between Co called as A and B.   B is super market where I had opened my shop to conduct business. Me and Co. called A  had signed a franchisee agreement.

The premises was given on hire to Co. called A for 6 years with termination clause saying 60 days notice period.  Now suddenly Co. called B closed down without giving me any notice period.   I had invested lacs of rupees to start business.

I have been demanding claim equal to 60 days .  Now  Co. called B has refused to disburse any claim.

Pl can someone tell me under any law can i send a legal notice to Co. called A with whom I have signed franchisee agreement or as a tenant can I prosecute.

Is there any lawyer from mumbai who can advise me and guide.  Call pl 9920572102.

I am not displaying my name to maintain privacy.

The notice to vacate is a legal document which can be presented during eviction proceedings. On the other hand, when a notice of intent to vacate is given by the tenant, the landlord is given enough time to search for a new occupant.
