Dear Sir/Madam,
Can a builder be charged for a criminal intent of cheating if found that he sold the flats without approval of authority .
Further, promises of returning the amount with 12 percent interest but not doing anything on ground.
What are the sections he can be charged under? How to lodge the FIR and expedite the case ?
