Entrusting of property in son's hand

I have few brother and sister. My brothers are not good and well behaved. They are asking my father to make a will so that they can enjoy by selling his hard earned property.
I want that unless they mend their ways, I do not want them to do that.

Can my father appoint me a person who can make a decision on distribution of his property after him as his appointed son fit proper. I mean trust or any other way.

Regds

It is believed that you are HIndu and property of father is self acquired.

Confirm!

Your father can write a WILL narrating his wishes in the WILL.

It is better to register the WILL.
