Entangled into false rape case by divorced wife

Hi,

I am entangled into similar case but here my wife who divrced me with mutal consent and later on started living with me and i have one child after divorce.

Now she has put false case 420,376,313/511 on me and my family.

Please suggest i have already got bail by supreme court. and case is in session court(fast track because of rape)

There are chances we might get imprisonment.

I applied for quashing for parents but that petetion rejected.

why you had divorced and why started illluck. Man consuming poison is not justified o look for cure. Lucky you may be saved.

But natural such type of false cases are going to emerge due to the hype given by the media . She has to prove the allegations with evidence . Has a medical report been sumbitted and what does it state :-)

No Medical report is submitted,She is saying on pretext of cancellation of divorce paper ,i took her to my home and i didnt cancel the divorce and i did intercourse forcibly many times since 2008 dec whereas resided with me till may 2010 in hyderabad whereas i never visited her place ,she came and stayed with me.
