Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a 1RK flat in Ulwe from Builder and got possession few months back after payment of 1 yr maintenance in advance to Builder who looks after the maintenance of the building till the society is formed.
Last month, i noticed grills/cages has been put up in common space area infront of doors of few flats. When i enquired about this with few flat owners , they replied that , those grills are installed by the builder as space sold to us and also it was mentioned in the sale agreement. The builder has also sold ground parking lots to few members.
Please advise if is as per law?
