Employer isn't paying salary and hasn't even given joining letter

I was an Intern for a small Broking firm in Mumbai. I worked at the internship for 2 months without any promise of tenure. Everything was verbal. Due to trust in the employer I asked for the joining letter for a few weeks but then after continue rejection I stopped asking. The employer paid me after 2 months but only for 1 month. I have a few messages regarding my employment there but no other proof. Please help me

The internship is not an employment

During an internship you may be eligible for a stipend based on the company's policy, hence you cannot claim salary as a right.

Therefore no legal action is maintainble in this regard

Thank you for replying. But the employer had promised a stipend beforehand and had also promised to give joining letter and experience letter and hasnt done the same.
