For an academic point of view.. 'A' recorded videos in April 2012 in different time and day with his mobile phone N73 and that all 5 videos took a backup (stored) in his personal Computer laptop in that video there was a confession of 'B' who was clerk cum (tahsil mantari) and he had a custody of revenue record who did conspiracy with D and gave bribe to mr. 'C' he was deputy collector in 2006 of rs. 5 lack to order a whole disputed land in favor of 'D' without mentioned the other legal heirs in order and the olny D possessed disputed land.. after the disputed order D saled.. ancestral property A collect whole information through the other witnesses and record whole videos ... And filed Civil suit and told him about videos orally outside the court after that in 2012 D gave promised that don't launched FIR he will gave a shared to all other legal heirs but he didnt fulfilled his promised and spent time only.. till today Now A Want to file FIR against those whole because he cheated him and never gave his share after the issues too.. so (1) can A file Complaint against them ? (2) what about the limitation of FIR ? (3) there is 5 videos in laptop only phone is not available what about the electronic record primary and secondary in eye of evidence in court ? (4) what is the other remedies for the victims ?
